French classic trained Chef with working experience in Europe, Australia, Africa, Middle East and Asia.
After many years in food production where I reached the position as Executive Chef, I was given the opportunity to go into management. I held several positions as F&B Manager, Director Food and Beverage, dual positions, as well as Executive Assistant Manager.
Photography was always a hobby and food photography came naturally to me when I needed images of dishes for menu presentations. While working in Japan the passion grew, as menus and advertising needed images, as the Japanese market is very visual.
